# Terms of Service

## 1. About these terms

These terms apply to consumer purchases of physical goods from Orevlyn and to use of our online store. References to we, us and our mean the business trading as Orevlyn. Please read these terms and our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy before ordering and retain a copy for your records.

Our storefront uses Shopify's ecommerce platform. Your purchase contract is with the legal seller identified above. Shopify provides the platform and is not the seller of our products.

## 2. Ordering and contract formation

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase contract. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information, and review the products, quantities, prices and total before placing an order. The checkout action that submits your order creates an obligation to pay if we accept it.

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated receipt acknowledgement confirms that we have received it. Acceptance occurs when we send an email expressly accepting the order or confirming dispatch. If we cannot accept an order because an item is unavailable, payment fails, or there is a genuine error, we will explain this and promptly refund any payment collected for it.

If a pricing or description error is discovered before acceptance, we will ask whether you wish to order on the corrected terms or cancel. We do not impose a higher price without agreement. Changes to website prices do not retrospectively change an accepted order.

## 3. Product information

Product pages describe each item's main characteristics, size or dimensions where relevant, and price. Please review that information before ordering. Screen settings may affect displayed colours, but this does not excuse supplying goods that fail to match their description.

We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Information about stock and availability must reflect the goods we can supply. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you about an agreed alternative or refund.

## 4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include applicable taxes. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free with no minimum purchase. Any optional charge must be shown before you place the order and requires your agreement.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You must be authorised to use the selected method. Payment-provider processing and security checks may affect whether payment succeeds. If a payment problem prevents fulfilment, we will contact you rather than silently extending a delivery promise.

## 5. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The Channel Islands and Isle of Man are excluded. Our Shipping Policy provides the full arrangements.

The order cut-off is 5:00 pm (17:00) UK local time, observing GMT in winter and BST in summer. Handling takes 1–2 working days and transit takes 5–7 working days, giving an estimated total of 6–9 working days from the applicable processing start date. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable bank holidays. Orders at or after the cut-off enter processing the next working day.

Delivery estimates do not exclude legal remedies for late or missing deliveries. Goods delivered through a carrier arranged by us remain our responsibility until physically received by you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier. We will investigate delivery problems you report to us.

## 6. Changes, cancellation and returns

Contact us promptly to request an order amendment. We will make changes where fulfilment allows. A request to amend an order does not automatically change the contract until agreed.

For qualifying online purchases, you may exercise your statutory right to cancel up to 14 calendar days after the day of receipt, without a reason, and then have 14 calendar days to send goods back. Dispatch does not remove that right.

We additionally offer 30 calendar days after receipt to notify a voluntary return of new and unused goods, followed by 14 calendar days to send them back. Exchanges are accepted subject to availability. You arrange and pay return postage for ordinary change-of-mind returns; we cover necessary return costs for faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect goods. We charge no restocking fee.

Our Refund Policy explains inspection rights, the cancellation form, return instructions and statutory remedies. It also sets out our promise to initiate eligible refunds within 5 calendar days of the applicable trigger, including inspection. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Bank posting time may be additional.

## 7. Your consumer rights

We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer legislation provide remedies where we fail to do so. These may include rejection, repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Our voluntary returns conditions and time limits do not replace or reduce those rights. You do not have to purchase a separate guarantee to benefit from statutory protection.

## 8. Website use and account security

Use the store lawfully. Do not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, make fraudulent transactions or interfere with other customers' use. If you create an account, keep its credentials secure and notify us if you suspect misuse.

We may take proportionate steps to address misuse or a security problem. Restricting website access does not cancel obligations we already owe you under a purchase contract. You are not automatically responsible for activity outside your control merely because it occurred through an account.

## 9. Intellectual property and feedback

Store content may be protected by copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights. You may view it and keep copies needed for personal shopping and records. Other uses require the relevant rights holder's permission unless permitted by law.

If you submit a review, keep it relevant and truthful and avoid sharing someone else's personal information without permission. You retain ownership of your content. To display a review you submit for publication, you permit us to reproduce it for that purpose without changing its meaning. We may remove unlawful content or personal information. We do not require you to surrender your rights in unrelated material.

## 10. Personal information and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse, order or contact us. Any optional marketing choice is separate from acceptance of these terms.

Third-party websites and services may have their own terms. We remain responsible for our own contractual obligations, including where we use fulfilment or payment providers to help perform them.

## 11. Responsibility for loss and disruption

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If an event outside our reasonable control affects fulfilment, we will explain the effect and take reasonable steps to reduce the delay. Your applicable cancellation, delivery and refund rights continue to apply.

## 12. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us with your order details and an explanation of the problem so we can investigate and respond. This does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or seeking independent advice. We will provide information about alternative dispute resolution where legally required and state whether we are required or willing to participate.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory consumer protections applicable there and may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law permits. Nothing in these terms requires a consumer to use a court that would deprive them of a mandatory right.

## 13. Changes to these terms

The terms in effect when your order is accepted apply to that order. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not reduce existing contractual rights without lawful agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as legally possible. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it.
